Dr. Tommy Wolf joins Eric and Carmen to talk about the Coronavirus and the stress and anxieties that are affecting many of us. Understanding how to better manage your stress can help during these unprecedented times.

Bio: Dr. Tommy L Wolf is a Chiropractic Specialist in Concord, California. He graduated with honors from Life Chiropractic College – West in 2011. Having more than 9 years of diverse experiences, especially in CHIROPRACTIC, the motto in their office is “Refusing to get Old”.

What that means is that you will continuously get healthier, stronger, smarter, and more functional as you age. This comes with a high energy approach to health and life striving for wealth in all areas. Getting older is inevitable but BEING OLD is a choice. He believes that you have the power within you to improve your health, your life, and your wealth, and The New Health Chiropractic Center is here for you.

On a personal note, Dr. Wolf loves continuous growth. Going to seminars and understanding how the wealthy approach business and life intrigues him. He plays tournament softball to compete and challenge his athletic skills and loves it because the ball comes a lot slower. He played college baseball and could still be playing but he wanted to be a homerun hitter when realistically he was a gap-to-gap hitter. Softball allows him to be both. Thank you big slow softball. People who he likes to be around are those who continue to strive to be better. These folks help him grow, expand, and learn different viewpoints.
