Bio: Maggie has been a licensed therapist for 14 years. utilizing psychodynamic, somatic, attachment, and EMDR therapy (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a fairly new, nontraditional type of psychotherapy. It’s growing in popularity, particularly for treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) this therapy helps to obtain favorable outcomes for clients.
She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and all major life transitions.
She serves as a professional guide in the journey some people are embarking on in therapy and brings compassion, acceptance, curiosity, and tools to support an individual’s growth.
